I have always had a passion for health and fitness from a young age. It has not only given me a healthier physical life but also has had a profound effect on my mental well-being. I wish to share my experiences and expertise with others to help them transform their life!
I grew up mainly playing rugby, which led me into CrossFit. My background in CrossFit has given me great insight to many different training methods and confidence in such a wide range of movements/skills.
Throughout my years of training I have battled with a fair amount of injuries, which pushed me to be more focused on prehab/rehab for myself but my clients as well. Training shouldn't be putting our bodies in vulnerable positions but improving our movement quality to feel better day by day.
Fitness is about creating a sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle that supports your physical and mental health. Finding exercise modalities that make you feel good, increase your energy levels, and promote overall wellness. Happy training for a stronger and healthier you!
