Our focused 30 to 60 minute sessions are rooted in proven training principles, using a strategic mix of reps, tempo, rest, and load adjustments. Combining compound and strength movements, these sessions provide the ideal intensity and structure to help clients see and feel real progress.
We offer both 1:1 sessions for a focused private session and 2:1 sessions if you would like to train with a family member or friend.

CASUAL TRAINING SESSIONS
At SmartFit, we believe in making fitness work for you, not the other way around. Our 1:1 personal training sessions are available on a casual basis—no contracts or long-term commitments. Simply check the availability of our trainers on the Mindbody App link below and book a session that fits your schedule.
Trainers update their availability in real-time, giving you the freedom to choose between a 45-minute power session or a 60-minute comprehensive workout. Plus, with just a 3 hour cutoff period before your session, you have the flexibility to book in advance or decide on the day. Get the results you want, when you want, without being tied down.
