I've never been a natural athlete - as my Mum would tell you I have spent most of my life avoiding eating vegetables or getting sweaty -and instead tried every new diet, treatment, fad etc to get in shape! A few years ago something clicked and I discovered a love of training & the way it made me feel. It did wonderful things for my self-belief and I think that’s the reason I stuck with it. I've made it part of my life & I want to help other people do the same.Aside from the aesthetic & health benefits – my favourite reason for training is the confidence that comes from it. You can’t beat the feeling of completing a tough session, achieving a PB or smashing a goal. I love the 'aha' moments when people realise they are stronger mentally and physically than they first thought.I provide safe and effective training in a fun, supportive environment. I want my clients to know that I am their biggest cheerleader and help them feel motivated and inspired to reach their goals.
Qualifications:
- New Zealand Certificate in Exercise Level 4
- New Zealand Certificate in Exercise Level 5
- Pilates Mat Essentials Level 1
- First Aid Certificate
