I was always a skinny kid growing up and that was not necessarily a good thing in the Tongan culture. I joined the gym when I was 17 to build muscle for confidence and strength for rugby. After high school I got caught in the culture of drinking & eating takeaways and started to pile the weight on.

2017 will always be a memorable year for me. I set myself the goal to focus my time and energy for one whole year to eat clean and exercise. It was not an easy road, but with hard work and determination I smashed my goal and I have never looked back since. During my year of change, my body started to feel amazing and I started to crave exercise. The weight dropped off, I started to see results and my passion for health started to grow. I started to become stronger not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

I want to share this feeling and these positive habits I have created to help other people; this is the reason I decided to become a personal trainer.

As I trainer, we will sit down and talk about your own personal goals and where you want to be. I will be that support you need to push you through the hard days and keep you on track. All I ask is for your commitment and trust. Whether you want to build muscle, lose fat or both, together we can achieve this through resistance and cardio training.
