Fitness and health has been a central part of my life since I was a teenager, whether it be bettering myself for a specific goal such as a boxing match or football tournament, or supporting others on their fitness and sports journeys.Growing up as a skinny ginger kid in the north of England, I loved seeing how fitness changed my life for the better. It kept me out of trouble, made me strong and despite being challenging, gave me the confidence I didn’t even know I was missing. It was here that my passion for exercise grew and the seed for my future career as a personal trainer was planted.As a trainer I continue to be amazed by the benefits of exercise both physically and mentally, and strive to support others on their fitness journeys. For me it’s all about tailoring approaches and creating fun environments that help you achieve your goals.Sometimes this might mean running you through a boxing session that helps you beat away the stresses of a work day, other times it might be a fast paced circuit or some strength and conditioning, my main priority is that we develop a programme that fits your needs and continues to grow and change with you.
Qualifications:
- New Zealand Certificate in Exercise Level 4
- New Zealand Certificate in Exercise Level 5
- First Aid Certificate
