Kirsty Grant
Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by the human body, spending my early years exploring sports and gymnastics and sprinting up hills on the farm. University sparked my strength training journey, and after graduating, I traveled overseas to expand my skills and knowledge. From running beach boot camps on Australia’s sunny coast to coaching in boutique UK studios, each experience refined my teaching, exposed me to new cultures, and challenged my perspective on fitness.
My bodybuilding journey took this further, pushing my discipline and determination as I experienced firsthand the mental and physical demands of habit change. A unique opportunity in Saudi Arabia allowed me to train the Royal Family, testing my communication skills and adaptability in an environment with different lifestyle expectations. From there, I moved to Singapore, where I helped clients in post-surgery rehabilitation—a humbling and knowledge-building experience.
Now back in Aotearoa and studying paramedicine, I’m combining fitness and medical knowledge to better understand and guide my clients. With the motto "Look good, move well," I aim to build your strength, agility, and flexibility, tailored to your goals and lifestyle—and always with a bit of fun. Ready to start?
